Hate, Hate, Go away. Come again some other day.

It seems that the incidents of "Hate crimes" are increasing, according to today's Reno-Gazette Journal. [I am on vacation as I write this in a hotel room in Winnemucca, NV.]

But I thought that hate crimes legislation would make hate go away? Hmmmmm?
