France Expels Hate-mongering Imams!!

: "Mr Sarkozy also revealed that as many as 12 French mosques associated with provocative anti-western preaching were under surveillance. Imams indulging in inflammatory rhetoric will be expelled even if their religious status is recognised by mainstream Muslim bodies. "

Hurrah for the French. There, I said it!

My Way News: "U.S. District Judge John C. Coughenour said the successful prosecution of Ahmed Ressam should serve not only as a warning to terrorists, but as a statement to the Bush administration about its terrorism-fighting tactics.

'We did not need to use a secret military tribunal, detain the defendant indefinitely as an enemy combatant or deny the defendant the right to counsel,' he said Wednesday. 'The message to the world from today's sentencing is that our courts have not abandoned our commitment to the ideals that set our nation apart.'"
-----------------

What has set our nation apart has been our willingness to fight for our values. "Don't tread on me!" "Millions for defense but not one cent for tribute." "Send the word over there." "Give me liberty or give me death."

Not the least value is separation of powers, which may very well be the absolute foundation of political liberty. So where is the howl about division of powers? What does a judge know about war and peace? This guy is completely out of line, and Reagan would be sorry he appointed him.

This judge should be fired for using his office to make an ignorant French political statement. Does anyone doubt that we need a renovation of the court system? Their usurpation of power and jurisdiction is beyond appalling--it is dangerous to the future of our republic. By the way, the USA rejected this view of combating terror in the last election. How much money did this judge give to the election campaign of the loser?

I suppose we should have sent UN officers to arrest Saddam for crimes against humanity, for mass graves, and gassing of his people. They would be French officers, of course. They know about the rule of law over there. They know about the futility of war. In my lifetime the UN has embarked on one futile stalemate of military action after another. If it had not been for the U.S. Germans would be still deciding issues for the French. The foolish dream of the world under universal humanistic law is a pipedream of heathen. It will not repeal the covenant God made with Noah which established human government as a divine tool for putting down murderers.

Good quote I heard this morning. "Wars don't decide anything; they just decide who will get to decide." I vote for us.

What's that smell coming out of ABCNEWS?

DRUDGE REPORT FLASH: "ABC 'GOOD MORNING AMERICA' ON DOG POO ALERT

Answer: Dog Poo was found in the 6th floor conference room in mid-town NYC by an executive late last week!

'I love you all BUT give me a break,' demands GOOD MORNING AMERICA business manager Pam Tepper in an urgent e-mail to staff. 'You should not bring your dog to work. Please do not let this happen again.'

The gift left behind by the mystery canine at ABCNEWS follows a growing trend of city dwellers bringing their pets into the office space. "

Given their news coverage, why do they worry about dog poo?
